June, Trevor and Paul came to the Ferndale Hotel in Blackpool in 1992. Paul always says that his Mum had three stipulations, guests should always leave as friends, nothing should ever be too much trouble and finally only the highest standards of cleanliness were accepted.
Although June & Trevor sadly passed away 2 years ago, Paul and his wife Sue still carry on the tradition and this is evident with every new review.
Fortunately for Sue & Paul, they have found equally diligent staff, who hold the same principles of customer service and cleanliness that they do.
"We are a family" says Paul, "and our staff love this hotel as we do."
